Our Criteria:
- Class C- to B+ properties in C to A areas
- Occupancy: 80% or higher
- Vintage: 1970s or newer
- Size and Price: 20-99 units in the $3M - $20M range
- Hold Period: Typically 3-5 years
- Returns: 8% Preferred Return, 16%+ Annualized Rate of Return
